Neoprene linings are a synthetic base elastomer with physical properties similar to natural rubber. It outperforms natural rubber in heat, ozone, and oil resistance. Other synthetic rubbers, such as SBR and bromobutyl, are also available.

Polycorp 2010 is a black 60A durometer general purpose black neoprene lining with good abrasion, weathering, corrosion and flame resistance properties. It has good machining properties. Operating temperature range is from - 13°F (-25°C) to 203°F (95°C). FDA compliant as per 21CFR177.2600.

Polycorp T5109 (EPSEAL) is a black 60 durometer general purpose neoprene lining with soft natural rubber tie gum. Good abrasion, weathering, flame retardant and corrosions resistance properties. Normally used for overlay.
